Is it the best time to own a property in current economic landscape?
Given the global finacial meltdown translated to economice slow down, is it the best time to pour in our hard earned money to own what has always been beyond our reach? Data from URA has shown that the private property index has started its reversal trend, buckling 17 quarters of consecutively growth.
From the same chart, the last peak was in late 96, the index dropped 40% within 2 years before it consolidated.
So judging the current situation, will the index going to drop for the next 2 years or our IR will form the support for it?
I would be glad to have anyone's comments.
